About the Role

Red Barn Service is currently hiring for a full-time Comfort Advisor / Sales Rep to perform in-home sales in the Abbotsford, WI area. This customer service and in-home sales position earns straight commissions anywhere from $65,000 - $100,000/year, depending on experience and skill.

This full-time customer service position may require some nights and weekends, depending on the customer's availability.

As a Comfort Advisor / Sales Rep, you arrive at a potential client's home on time and begin your scheduled appointment. You warmly greet homeowners and listen to their concerns. After this, you do an on-site project assessment and then recommend possible solutions with accurate estimates. As a professional, you stay current on competitor product offerings and industry trends so you are able to answer any questions or concerns homeowners may have. Every day you work hard to meet the goals you've set and to keep our client's homes safer. You feel good about using your skills and seeing the results in your paycheck!

  • 3+ years of sales experience

  • Knowledge about HVAC and electrical equipment

  • Computer and customer service skills

  • Valid driver's license and a good driving record

  • Ability to work in attics and crawl spaces

  • Ability to pass a drug screen and a background check upon hire

*In-home sales experience would be a plus.
